This was our second stay at the hotel, we stayed in March 2024. We travel to Madrid several times a year and will return to this hotel. We were originally allocated a room which was of a poor standard in our opinion on raising the issues with the desk we were allocated a second room which was of a better standard the same as we experienced in March. Staff are friendly and have good English and helpful /tolerant with my learning Spanish Breakfast was the best we have experienced in Madrid- extensive buffet menu very high standard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in several key areas. Location: The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a wide variety of public transport options available nearby. This made exploring the city a breeze and allowed us to easily access many popular attractions. Ambiance: Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the cozy atmosphere. The pleasant fragrance and overall ambiance make it a welcoming place to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Room Comfort: Our room was a delightful retreat—spacious and comfortable. It provided a perfect haven for relaxation. The bedding was exceptionally soft and clean, and the towels felt almost brand new, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Breakfast: One of the highlights of our trip was the breakfast. The variety offered was nothing short of stunning, featuring everything from light pancakes to delicious French omelets. Each dish was exceptionally fresh and tasty, providing a great start to our day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a cozy stay with fantastic amenities. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Really good place to stay in Madrid. Little far from the historical places, but it is still a convenient place, and you would find it much cheaper than a comparable hotel in the center location. Very high level of everything. I am kinda 4-star hotels traveler. This one is one of the best I've been. Good value for money. Totally recommended.

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed for a Real Madrid match and the match VIP hospitality was in the hotel before the match. The whole experience was amazing and the staff couldn't have been nicer. It is super central and just a short walk from the Bernabau Statium We will stay again if we go back to Madrid.

An excellent stay! Everything was clean, great WiFi, spacious and close to metro/bus stops so easy to get around. We had requested a cot for our 1 year old daughter which they provided with a little welcome gift of toiletries for her. The staff are friendly and helpful. They went beyond, cheered her up and gave our daughter a teddy bear. So lovely gesture! Her teddy was with her everywhere we went. Also to mention, the breakfast buffet was the largest and most various types I have ever seen.

We were upgraded to a top-floor suite and greatly appreciated it! Check in was challenging as we arrived at the same time as a HUGE company event group but after my husband complained we were taken aside and checked in separately. That was also super appreciated.

Room was spacious, comfortable, very clean. Could be a little more "modern" (no USB ports, for instance). Unclear whether coffee, water, etc were complimentary or not. Breakfast was fantastic -- lots of items to choose from, eggs, pastries, cold-cuts, cheeses, cereals, veggies, fruits, etc. And finally the gym -- it's a full blown gym, open to the public (so pretty busy). But you've got everything you could need.

Mainly everything. The location, it’s clean, the staff is nice, all the small details (ie. little chocolates at the room plus vouchers for drinks at the Bikini bar), the Amazon Echo at the room is a great addition to the room from last year.

The bedroom and bathroom were very nice, clean and comfortable . Breakfast was incredibly good, varied and different to most hotels, had a selection of Spanish products which is such a clever idea.
